Through my 10 years of practice as a therapist, I've had the privilege of working with numerous unique individuals, each grappling with emotional struggles. What I've come to understand is that often, what we need most in times of distress is a safe space to speak your heart out, to release the pent-up emotions that weigh
us down every day.

By using  various integrative counselling techniques like CBT, PCT, Positive psychology, SFBT, NLP and other effective tools, I will help you to understand and acknowledge the challenging situation by focusing on your current thoughts, emotions and behaviours. I have observed that by bringing in anonymity, unbiasedness, non judgemental and a solution based focused approach, it brings a instant relief and enables problem solving for the
clients.

    2. Use Calendly to choose a slot that suits you and make the payment.
    3. You will receive a confirmation email with zoom call details at the scheduled time.
    4. Please use the zoom link in your invite to dial in the call.
  • Our fees are SGD $40 for a 20 minute call.

  • You can reschedule another 20 minute call. Any missed calls will not be refunded.

  • Your personal information is not required for the purpose of the call.

    All your information is fully confidential and anonymous.

  • Depending on our availability you can book new slots in our calendar.

  • No subscription required. You can schedule a call and make payments as and when required by you.
