BE HEARD

BE ACKNOWLEDGED

WITHOUT BEING JUDGED

Traditional therapy focuses on the why. Vent It Out focuses on the now.

For high-intensity emotional states—Anger, Fear, Sadness, and Disgust, we have designed immediate physiological de-escalation.

Our 20-minute protocol is a targeted intervention built on three pillars of clinical psychology and neuroscience.

Phase 1: Affect Labeling & Amygdala Cooling

The moment you put a high-intensity emotion into words, you initiate a process called Affect Labeling. Research shows that verbalizing "The Gagged Emotion" to a neutral witness physically reduces activity in the amygdala—the brain’s alarm center—while activating the prefrontal cortex.

  • The Result: You move from a "Fight-or-Flight" state to a "Logical-Processing" state in real-time.

Phase 2: Cognitive Offloading

High-stakes professionals and students often suffer from "Emotional Flooding," which occupies the brain's "Working Memory" or RAM. By externalizing a forbidden thought (the "Gag") in an anonymous, non-judgmental space, you perform Cognitive Offloading.

  • The Result: You clear your "mental RAM," providing immediate, identifiable clarity for decision-making and performance recovery.

Phase 3: Prevention of Moral Injury

For segments experiencing Disgust or Rage (such as the Discovery Partner or Middle Manager), the primary risk is Moral Injury—where an event violates your internal code. Therapy often attempts to "fix" the person; we prioritize Social Witnessing.

  • The Result: Witnessing the emotion without judgment prevents it from "calcifying" into chronic trauma or burnout, acting as a neurological circuit breaker.

TEJAL

Masters in Counseling Psychology,

Licensed NLP Practitioner

Through my 10 years of practice as a therapist, I've had the privilege of working with numerous unique individuals, each grappling with emotional struggles. What I've come to understand is that often, what we need most in times of distress is a safe space to speak your heart out, to release the pent-up emotions that weigh
us down every day.

By using  various integrative counselling techniques like CBT, PCT, Positive psychology, SFBT, NLP and other effective tools, I will help you to understand and acknowledge the challenging situation by focusing on your current thoughts, emotions and behaviours. I have observed that by bringing in anonymity, unbiasedness, non judgemental and a solution based focused approach, it brings a instant relief and enables problem solving for the
clients.
