Thank you for using our venting service. We strive to provide a supportive and confidential space for you to express your thoughts and emotions. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before using the service.
1. No Refunds for Venting Sessions:
a. Once Payment is Made: Due to the nature of our service, which involves scheduling and conducting 15-minute venting sessions, we do not offer refunds for venting sessions once payment has been made and an appointment has been scheduled on our website.
b. No-shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled venting session without providing prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel or reschedule your venting session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
b. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your venting session, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
